"I was having lunch with a friend at a restaurant at St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota when my friend noticed the Coldwell Banker office next door. She encouraged me to look at the listings posted on their windows. Taylor met us outside and offered to print a flyer for any of the listings that I was interested in. He asked a few more questions and we moved inside to a computer where he could input my preferences. New to Florida, he didn't hesitate to drive me to various communities (from Bradenton to Vamo) and educate me on the communities and their amenities. We communicated over the next few days and looked at quite a few properties. We remained in touch after I had returned home to Colorado. I signed up for his portal and continued to look over properties. He gained access to a few of my favorites and we did video chats about them. We found the one that met all of my preferences and began the offer and closed a few months ago. Taylor communicated well with the listing agent, our loan officer as well as us, the buyers. Everything was accomplished electronically and we closed effortlessly. We love our new condo in Sarasota and are so happy that we met Taylor outside of his office a month earlier.
